EXCHANGES

All garments can be exchanged for a different size or another model.

The exchange can be made in our STUDIO, or if needed, it can be shipped, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are processed through Instagram (by sending a message with the #order number, the item to be exchanged, and the desired replacement item).

Items sent for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached; otherwise, the exchange will not be processed.

 

EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS

If a product arrives with defects from shipping (please notify us via Instagram with the #order number and details of the defect), upon verification, the exchange will be covered by us, and a new product will be delivered.

If a product develops a defect during its first use, please send a message via Instagram with the #order number, details of the defect, and photos.

Our team will determine if it's a factory defect; if so, we will immediately process the exchange, and the shipping cost will be covered by us.

If the defect is due to misuse or mishandling of the garment, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE OFFERED.

 

RETURNS

As a custom-made clothing brand, we do NOT OFFER RETURNS.

When you purchase a PRE ORDER item, it represents a commitment to the brand and your decisions.

 

PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS

Due to the high demand for our products and the volume of orders, we are unable to track each individual purchase.

Therefore, we do NOT offer payment cancellations due to errors.

This means that if you wanted to use a different credit card than the one you initially selected, we cannot search for the purchase to cancel it and create a new one.

We kindly ask you to carefully review all available options before making a payment.

We do NOT make exceptions.

If you initially chose bank transfer but now wish to pay with a credit card, please contact us via Instagram, and we will send you a payment link for the SAME PURCHASE YOU ALREADY MADE; there is no need to create a new purchase.
